Madam Adedeji Tosin ( Kofoworola) murdered on Friday, December 18, 2015. A service of songs was held in honour of the politician on Thursday, February 25, 2016, before her final burial rites on Saturday, February 27, 2016. The funeral service was held at Bible Mission Assembly Abere in attendance was the Aladura Undertakers. The service was officiated by Deacon Kayode Adebanjo.
Family, friends , colleagues and Ikotun youths were present at the service to pay their last respects to the deceased politician. Her body was laid to rest immediately after the service at the Aladura Cemetery, Alimosho Lagos.
The 59 years old youth empowerment activist was described by many as ‘selfless’ and down to earth. Family, friends and colleagues of the deceased who could not hide their feelings burst into uncontrollable tears to mourn the departed. This shows that KOFOWOROLA was loved by many and as such, would be highly missed.
Friends and colleagues eulogized the GIVE THE YOUTH EDUCATION NOT GUNS campaigner.
Nigeria Pilot Weekly interviewed friends, relatives, colleagues at the burial service where they expressed their opinions, feelings, condolence messages to the deceased and his family.

First, I say Madam Kofoworola was a selfless human being. She did not discrim2inate and she was not a tribalist, very affectionate about issues affecting the youth it is surprising to know that she was assassinated. Why I am asking Why do they want her dead. Not just her we hear they want to kill her children too. Why.

The question I keep asking myself is why am I here? And the answer is why? It’s so deep and I can’t just explain how I feel being here today. We had so many things in common and she is a very big loss to the people of Ikotun especially women and Children. Her Nursery and Primary School at Fagba is the only private school where twin children whose parent can not afford to pay their school fee enroll for free. She was killed so they could win the election now they lost in the primaries what an irony.

The APC Alimosho, Ikotun ,Egbe , Efon has lost a rear gem . I believe it will not be another story of unresolved murder like previous 152 cases of assassination that has been reported not resolved. She is already a legacy, she really worked hard as a teacher ,then a principal now own her schools and have giving scholarships to many youth within this area. I want to pray God continue to protect her family. Once situation gets out of hand ,you just surrender to God for help. As you know nobody wants to die. But someone special is dead.
